I'm a software engineer and I work as Consultant and Apache Kafka Expert for StreamThoughts, the company I founded. I'm a former Consultant from Zenika, a French IT consulting firm where I worked as Data Engineer and Big Data Director. During my career, I've worked on various projects involving the implementation of data integration and processing platforms through the worlds of Hadoop, Spark and Kafka. Passionate about data and distributed systems, I specialized in stream processing and event-driven architectures. Now, I'm focusing on helping compagnies to design and build data-mesh oriented organization by leveraging event streaming technologies.
I'm also co-organizer of the Paris Apache Kafka Meetup, and speak regularly on this topic. Involved in the opensource community, I've contributed to a few KIPs for KafkaStreams and create the Azkarra Streams framework. In 2019, I have been selected to be part of the Confluent Community Catalyst program.
