feat: Support sliding windows in First/Last

Summary

First and last aggregations don't currently support sliding windows.

We may want to add that, although many cases may be better met with a trailing window. For instance, instead of "first value in the last 3 hours sliding every minute" if we could just say "first value in the last 3 hours" it would often be more useful.
