Not able to build the session (ConnectionError: Unable to connect after 10 attempts)

I am trying to setup Kaskanda in my local machine ( WSL2 Debian running on Windows 11) and I am not able to initiate the session
Before Initiating I have pip installed the Kaskanda and imported LocalBuiled . This is the first time I am using kaskanda .. Did I Miss any step ?

I believe that bullseye or newer will be required to run Kaskada

Latest version and also I tried installing with AWS amazon linux 2 and faced same issue
