Please, have in mind GEP-26 will be changing at least the Shoot and Seed APIs. It may also touch other APIs that are referring to secrets with credentials. |

Let's introduce a new
core.gardener.cloud/v1API version including all resources from thecore.gardener.cloudAPI group.Why is this needed:
The new API version should drop deprecated fields/mechanisms, remove inconsistencies, and move to a stable API for the foreseeable future.
