Distinguish between deprecated / removed apis in CI mode error code #582

Would it be possible to have different error codes in CI mode for distinguishing between deprecated vs removed apis?

The use case is that a ci pipeline would be able to:

turn green (pass) when no deprecated or removed apis are found
turn yellow (warning) when only deprecated apis are found
turn red (blocking) when any removed api is found
