Due to the current direction of CentOS, a lot of long time CentOS users have migrated to Rocky Linux. Rocky Linux is what CentOS used to be, a downstream version of RHEL.

With a couple of small changes the rpm.sh script hosted at https://install.citusdata.com/community/rpm.sh can be updated to support Rocky Linux.

This is the patch file if anyone is interested: rocky-linux.patch
