Import FOI with different geometry and same identifier results in unexpected behavior

Problem

When inserting an observation with an encoded feature of interest instance using an identifier that is already present in the SOS instance but having a different geometry, the observation can be inserted successfully. When requested later, the observation contains an encoded feature of interest with the correct identifier but the old observation.

Expected Behavior

The SOS returns an error response because the feature is not correct, here: feature geometry is not matching.

Potential Solution

The SOS should not only verify that the identifier is matching but also that the geometry is the same.
